This super soft foam is suitable for use in various applications like back cushions, headboards, pillows, quilting, and soft overlays over other foams. However, it is important to note that this foam is not recommended for any seating application or load bearing applications.  Made in Canada.

  • The 16-110 grade foam is a soft, standard/low entry level density foam, specifically suitable for everyday residential use, particularly for back and mattress foam applications. This soft foam is suitable for use in various applications like back cushions, headboards, soft overlays over other foams and occasional mattress uses for adults, children, or as a spare mattress for guests. Additionally, it is well-suited for mattress use in holiday homes, caravans, campervans, and for camping purposes. However, it is important to note that this foam is not recommended for any seating application or load bearing applications.  Made in Canada.

  • The 23-130 grade foam is a medium density, general purpose foam, specifically suitable for everyday residential use, particularly for packaging, economical seating and cushioning, and for back and mattress foam applications. With its soft-medium firmness, the foam is suitable for use in various applications like pet beds, armrests on chairs, loungers and sofas, temporary bedding for children, padded storage boxes, upholstered ottomans and chair cushion backs. It is also suitable for any seating backs for dining chairs or day beds, caravan cushion backs, soft packaging for fragile items and storage packaging.  Made in Canada.

  • The 29-200 grade foam is a medium-firm, premium/high density foam, specifically suitable for everyday residential use, particularly for economical low profile seating and cushioning, packaging, and for back and mattress foam applications. This medium-firm foam is suitable for use in various applications like pet beds, waterbed frames, sofa seat cushions, any seating backs for dining chairs or day beds, armrests on chairs, loungers and sofas. It is also suitable for temporary bedding for children, padded storage boxes, upholstered ottomans, chair cushion backs, occasional use chair and sofa seat cushions, soft packaging for fragile items, storage packaging and seating for caravans, swags and load bearing applications.  Made in Canada.

    XLPE Foam: Cross-linked polyethylene foam (also known as XLPE) is a closed-cell foam characterized by a micro-cellular appearance and resistance to water. XLPE materials are used in applications that require protection of class “A” surfaces. XLPE foam is used extensively in packaging, moulded and die cut gaskets and seals.     PE Foam: Polyethylene foam is strong and resilient closed‐cell foam, ideally suited to absorbing shock in protective and cushion packaging applications.

    PU Foam: A flexible material, polyurethane foam is produced from combining polyol, isocyanate, and water. Polyurethane custom foam padding is highly durable and is used as cushioning in a wide array of products, such as packaging, furniture, car seats, and mattresses.

    Bubble Guard Board: Bubble GUARD is a multi-layer alveolar board made from 100% polypropylene with a unique circular honeycomb structure core at the centre and two flat surfaces on either side with great versatility and high performances. It is 100% eco-friendly & recyclable. Also available is the DOUBLE LAYER BUBBLEGUARD board with the highest weight range up to 6000 GSM.

    Fluted Polypropylene Coroplast: Rigid material made of polypropylene plastic. Sheets of Coroplast have a fluted core and are smooth on both faces and are available with different material laminations on one or both sides.

    Kraft Paper: Kraft paper is produced through the chemical conversion of wood pulp, resulting in a strong and durable paper product.
